Help To Claim

Funded by the Department for Working Pensions, Our Help to Claim service can support you in the early stages of your Universal Credit claim, from the initial application, through to your first payment. It is a dedicated free, independent and confidential service where our trained advisers can help with things like: working out whether universal credit is the correct benefit for you, practical support to help you to submit a claim, support you in preparing for a work coach appointment and verifying your identification.
