Commissioned by Coventry City Council, Healthwatch Coventry is a statutory service based in the heart of Coventry that obtains the views of people about their needs and experiences of local health and social care services.

The Independent Health Complaints Advocacy Service (IHCAS) also based in Coventry, supports people to navigate the NHS complaints process through advice, support and advocacy.

Healthwatch Coventry and IHCAS makes these views known to those involved in the commissioning and scrutiny of care services, to improve health outcomes for all.
