Meet The Team 
 
Alison Winfield – Housing Solicitor 
Alison has been a Solicitor since 2010 and has specialised in housing law since 2007. She has acted in relation to a variety of housing issues for both landlord and tenants which has given her a broad knowledge and expertise to assist you with your housing issues. Alison has a particular enthusiasm for anti social behaviour possession and injunction matters relation to mental health.

Leah Fowkes- Trainee Solicitor 
Leah has specialised in Housing for the last 2 years and has recently been successful in securing a Training Contract with Citizens Advice Mid Mercia. Throughout Leah’s career she has gained a vast amount of knowledge in a number of sectors including working for the local authority and providing benefit advice and also gaining hands on experience with housing matters working for a housing charity. This experience is of great benefit to support you and the housing team.

Shannon Lowe – Housing Paralegal 
Shannon is new to the housing team and is progressing very quickly including dealing confidently with possession and homeless matters and expanding her knowledge in other housing areas. Shannon is also now conducting her own court advocacy where appropriate and is very keen to progress with her housing knowledge and legal career. Shannon has extensive experience which is a great advantage to the housing team.

Naadhya Khan – Supervising Housing Caseworker 
Naadhya has gained valuable experience over the last 6 years helping clients with a variety of housing issues including conducting advocacy in court regularly. Naadhya is keen to develop her legal career and her enthusiasm for this area of law, and her experience, makes Naadhya an asset to this team.
